This patient disliked her lower lid bag, which are caused by fat pads that protrude from the orbit, as well as some aging in the skin of the lid. These are her results after a pinch lower lid blepharoplasty and fat pad reduction, as well as fat transfer to the hollows under the fat pads to smooth out the sunken area.
This lovely patient wanted a refreshed look and felt she looked tired. She has challenging orbital anatomy with striking, large eyes that increase her risk of dry eye and other blepharoplasty complications. To achieve this refreshed result I performed an upper blepharoplasty, temporal browlift, and fat grafting which added crucial support to her lower lids and softened the overall improvement.
My patient felt her eyes looked tired all the time. These are early results after I performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer to the under-eye hollows. This natural-looking transformation gives her a rested look and shows off her beautiful eyes!
My goal is to set back the clock without changing the character of the eyes.
This patient was unhappy with her “tired” looking eyes. With aging, eyelid skin gets loose and droopy, while the under eye area can start to look hollow.
I performed an eyelift aka blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to give her a refreshed, natural look. This can be an awake surgery under local anesthesia for select patients.
