Dr. Capek and her staff welcome you to the practice and look forward to assisting you in your journey to ‘beauty for wellness’ – looking as good as you feel.

Capek Plastic Surgery is a boutique plastic surgery practice that provides you with a highly personalized and intimate consultation experience. You will have ample time to meet with our staff and Dr. Capek to have not only a thorough assessment of your concerns and goals, but also to have your questions answered. We want you to be well-informed about your options and comfortable with choosing our practice. We hope that you feel empowered to make the right decision about your proposed treatment plan.

We do charge for consultations, but the consultation fee can be applied to any treatments or procedures you have with us. As a new patient you can expect to spend about an hour in your consultation. Dr. Capek will also review your medical history during this time, as it may impact your treatment and outcome. We use advanced visual tools, such as TouchMD, to provide the tools you need to help make an educated decision, and Dr. Capek has 20 years of experience to give you expert advice for the best possible outcome.

We now offer Online Consultations via telehealth using the phone and video apps. These are detailed and personalized consultations with Dr. Capek and our Licensed Aesthetician Kelly for those of you who cannot make it into the office. Some of our patients travel for treatment with us, so this may be a convenient way for you to get to know our practice.

If you are seeing us for a Facial Rejuvenation Consult, please bring a close-up photo of yourself from your youth – early 20’s is ideal. This allows Dr. Capek to see what has changed from where you started and help her achieve natural-looking results that ‘set back the clock’ without making you look like a different person!
