This beautiful patient wanted most of all to improve her neck, which has bothered her since her youth. She also wanted a natural-looking, rested and refreshed appearance. I performed a facelift with fat transfer, as well as a necklift with platysmaplasty to rejuvenate her features and define her jawline. We’ve reset the clock back without changing the character of her face. She is delighted with her results and feels better than she did in her 30s.⁠
