This youthful and active patient came to me unhappy with her jawline and lower face. She felt that she was aging prematurely. In her photos, we see that she has a fair complexion with some sun damage. This type of skin is thin and more easily damaged by UV rays. Over time, this leads to loss of collagen and elastin, showing up as laxity around the mouth and jawline. In addition, her small chin doesn’t give great support to her jawline tissues, contributing to the aging changes she disliked. ⁠

To get these transformative yet natural-looking results I performed a short scar facelift, neck lift and a chin augmentation using a modest-sized implant. I also softly contoured her under-eye area and face with her own fat! She is looking refreshed, but most importantly, like herself!⁠
