This beautiful young patient had 20-year-old breast implants that she wanted removed. She also disliked the changes in the shape of her breasts and abdomen post-pregnancy. ⁠

I performed an Explant with enbloc capsulectomies, finding the left breast implant ruptured, but contained.

To return her body to a youthful, pre-pregnancy look, I completed this transformation with a natural Breast Augmentation using autologous fat transfer from her hips and flanks, and an Abdominoplasty. Scars are only 3 months old and will fade with time. ⁠
