This patient had an unusual single left medial orbital fat pad protrusion as well as dark circles and hollows under both eyes. The fat pad was removed trans-conjunctival, meaning behind the eyelid, with no external scar. But the more dramatic change is from the micro-fat grafting (transfer) that I placed under her eyes, along the orbital rims and feathering across her upper cheekbones. She looks more rested and cheerful and completely smooth. Even her skin quality is improved.
