This lovely patient wanted to look more rested, but ‘unoperated’. I performed a volume-preserving upper lid blepharoplasty, pinch lower lid blepharoplasty with muscle hitch canthoplasty and microfat grafting from her abdomen to her orbital rims and mid-face. This result is 3 years after her original surgery showing excellent maintenance of the fat volume and overall rejuvenation. In the meantime, the patient has also been treated with Botox Cosmetic to her glabella every 4-6 months.
