My pretty patient complained that the bags under her eyes made her look tired. These are her 3 months results after I performed a lower lid blepharoplasty to remove the bags, and micro fat transfer to fill the hollows below the ‘bags’. In my hands, the addition of fat grafts is ‘icing on the cake’. It blends the eyelid/cheek junction seamlessly and over several months, the stem cells in fat improve the lower eyelid skin quality.
