Here are 8-week results for my beautiful patient for whom I performed a short scar, vertical facelift, necklift and fat transfer. ⁠

She wanted to improve her aging changes, but still look like herself. This is the most common request I get when it comes to facial rejuvenation surgery. Many patients are worried about looking ‘fake’ or too different. I pay special attention to the patient’s appearance in youth, using old photos to plan and execute volume restoration with fat and optimal lifting of sagging tissue. My goal is to set back the clock, not change the character of my patient’s face. We are both happy with this improvement!⁠
