This patient feels much younger than her age and wanted her look to match. I performed a vertical face/neck lift with microfat grafting under her eyes, midface and around her mouth x19 cc. The patient also had upper lid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair, and lower lid blepharoplasty all done under MAC anesthesia, aka ‘twilight’. Her 2 month results show a natural look, setting back the clock without making her look like a different person.
