Just 10 days after repair! This patient had 2 earlobe tears from piercings that made his earlobe look shredded. I performed a repair that included some precise and delicate contouring and trimming to restore a natural shape.
The scars will improve over a one-year period- they’re very fresh in this photo. He can re-pierce the lobe after 2 months, but I recommend going through an unscarred area to minimize the chance of it tearing again.
