This young man disliked his profile and nasal tip but he was also unable to breathe through his nose. I performed a septorhinoplasty, correcting his deviated septum, reducing his turbinates and reshaping his nose. This is a very early, one-month result that will continue to improve for at least a year. His nose is already straight and this tip no longer droops. It will gradually become more refined as swelling goes down.
