- Post-Op Photo: 4 Months
This young patient had 2 previous rhinoplasty procedures done elsewhere, with a recurrent bump and crooked nose with difficulty breathing. These 4 month results after tertiary septorhinoplasty and left turbinectomy show stable correction and improved dorsal lines.

This young man disliked his profile and nasal tip but he was also unable to breathe through his nose. I performed a septorhinoplasty, correcting his deviated septum, reducing his turbinates and reshaping his nose. This is a very early, one-month result that will continue to improve for at least a year. His nose is already straight and this tip no longer droops. It will gradually become more refined as swelling goes down.
