This patient wanted to look fresher but like 'herself'. Her post-surgical change shows the youthful restoration of volume in her midface and her eyes look less tired and sad. She appears many years younger than her 60 years. *

Doctor's Comments:

This patient was bothered by the loose skin, "waddle", under his chin and wanted a better jawline.  He declined any other treatments such as fat transfer or fillers and wanted to look like himself. He was pleased with this result. Note that his incision resulted in a nearly invisible scar, which is important in a male patient who wears his hair short.
