I performed a short-scar vertical face/necklift to restore and smooth her jawline. We also decided on an endo-browlift and a lower scarless blepharoplasty to get rid of bags. She had a previous upper bleph and because of pre-existing dry eye issues, I did not revise it at this stage. The icing on the cake here is the micro #fattransfer to fill in areas of volume loss under her eyes, cheeks and around her mouth.
