This lovely patient came to me after unexpected weight loss feeling that it aged her face. She had previous facial rejuvenation surgery years ago and wanted to restore that youthful, healthier appearance.
These are her early results after I performed a facelift, neck lift, #microfatgrafting, and a temporal brow lift. She looks refreshed with restoration of her facial volume and lifting of sagging tissue. The tightness relaxes a bit after several months of healing but results from this type of facial surgery usually last for years. We don’t stop the clock, so aging will continue at a different pace for everyone. However, most people look better even a decade or two later, than they would have without surgery.
