You may recognize this lovely young woman from our recent rhinoplasty reveal video a couple of weeks ago. Now that we've removed the tape and her nose has had more time to heal, the transformation speaks for itself! 💯 ⁠
⁠
This is only one month post-op and her tip has a little swelling that will change for up to a year. For this procedure, I reduced her dorsal hump to straighten the slope of her nose, and I contoured, repositioned and sutured her tip cartilage to give her nose a smaller, refined and more feminine appearance. ⁠

We both love ❤️ her results and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of her rhinoplasty journey ! 🤩⁠

I recently performed a breast revision for my lovely patient who was ready to replace her saline implants that were over two decades old, shifted out of proper position and rippling. ⁠

Rippling is a potential side effect where folds in breast implants become visible or can be felt to the touch, causing them to feel like ripples beneath the skin. ⁠

For this revision, I replaced her old implants with gummy implants in a similar size after modifying the pocket around the implants to reposition them. I also performed a breast lift to give her breasts a perky, youthful appearance. 🍒🌟 ⁠

This patient was looking for a #liplift to enhance her upper lip without adding filler. She also felt it was getting longer with age, which does occur in most people. This is an early result after just 3 weeks! 💋 🤩⁠

Lip Lifts are minor but powerful surgical procedure for patients wanting a more permanent solution for youthful and voluminous lips 😘⁠

The trade-off is a permanent scar at the base of the nose, though this fades over time and it may be nearly invisible after a year! 🌟⁠

Notice her nose👃? I also performed a minor rhinoplasty to narrow the base of her nose (nostril width), which seemed to be getting wider after a rhinoplasty done elsewhere many years ago. This changes with age, too! ⁠
