Doctor's Comments:
This patient was tired of looking tired. She has a cheerful, happy personality and her face just didn’t convey that anymore. She looks refreshed in her post-op photos but still like herself.A unique challenge was to reposition an old traumatic scar at her left jawline to make it less visible.

Doctor's Comments:
This patient complained about droopy eyelids and difficulty seeing. I performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and ptosis repair with levator plication to remove excess skin and to lift the eyelids up.

Doctor's Comments:
This lovely patient wanted to look more rested, but 'unoperated'. I performed a volume-preserving upper lid blepharoplasty, pinch lower lid blepharoplasty with muscle hitch canthoplasty and microfat grafting from her abdomen to her orbital rims and mid-face. This result is 3 years after her original surgery showing excellent maintenance of the fat volume and overall rejuvenation. In the meantime, the patient has also been treated with Botox Cosmetic to her glabella every 4-6 months.

Doctor's Comments:
This patient feels much younger than her age and wanted her look to match. I performed a vertical face/neck lift with microfat grafting under her eyes, midface and around her mouth x19 cc. The patient also had upper lid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair, and lower lid blepharoplasty all done under MAC anesthesia, aka 'twilight'. Her 2 month results show a natural look, setting back the clock without making her look like a different person.

Doctor's Comments:
This patient had an unusual single left medial orbital fat pad protrusion as well as dark circles and hollows under both eyes. The fat pad was removed trans-conjunctival, meaning behind the eyelid, with no external scar. But the more dramatic change is from the micro-fat grafting (transfer) that I placed under her eyes, along the orbital rims and feathering across her upper cheekbones. She looks more rested and cheerful and completely smooth. Even her skin quality is improved - possibly an added benefit of the stem cells found in fat. *

Doctor's Comments:
This patient wanted to look fresher but like 'herself'. Her post-surgical change shows the youthful restoration of volume in her midface and her eyes look less tired and sad. She appears many years younger than her 60 years. *
