Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Gallery
Doctor's Comments:
This patient had a rhinoplasty done 10 years ago, followed by another intranasal surgery for an injury within the last year, both done elsewhere. She felt the bridge of her nose had been reduced too much for her full, wide face and after her last procedure she had worsening breathing difficulty on the left side. By exam, this was due to left internal valve collapse. Patient did not want additional surgery at this time, which would have required rib cartilage grafting. She opted for Restylane filler to the dorsum, which gave her a subtle but definite improvement in the dorsal line, as well as lifting that collapsing valve to improve breathing. Additional filler was placed at the nasal base where she had dental bone loss, further balancing the upper lip/nose relationship. *
