Today, I’m sharing a beautiful journey of renewal and self-confidence This patient underwent breast implant removal (the right side was ruptured), a capsulectomy, and a breast lift with fat transfer.

What’s a capsulectomy, you ask? Over time, the body forms a capsule of scar tissue around breast implants, which can sometimes harden or cause discomfort. A capsulectomy removes a
thickened or calcified capsule, creating a fresh foundation for the next step.

In this case, we paired the removal with a breast lift to restore a naturally perky shape, and used fat transfer to add softness and volume in all the right places—no implants needed!
