This procedure is very a laser-assisted liposuction that gently emulsifies fat making it easier to aspirate. It also heats the tissues for subtle skin tightening. It’s available in my office-based surgical suite, Capek Surgical Arts! 👩🏼⚕️
During the #smartlipo Triplex procedure, I insert a small laser probe into the treatment area through a tiny incision. The laser energy will liquify and destroy fat cells, which are then gently suctioned out of the body using a Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) device. When skin tightening is needed, the laser is re-inserted for additional heating of the dermis as the last step.
