This lovely patient was ready to part ways with her 18 year-old silicone implants and the discomfort they caused her. Her picture shows the distortion that can happen with Capsular Contracture, a build up of scar tissue that can also be painful.
I removed her implants and capsules. Check out their appearance in the second photo- they were densely calcified!
Removal alone would have left her with loose skin and almost no breast tissue.
To give her a natural shape and volume during the same procedure, I added her own fat transfer, tightened the skin with a limited scar (peri- areolar) mastopexy and reduced her nipple projection for a balanced result. 🍒
