Breast Implant Removal (Explant) Gallery

This lovely patient came to us with concerns about her 20-year-old breast implants and post-pregnancy changes to her breasts and abdomen. Together, we crafted a comprehensive plan to address her goals and restore her confidence.

Our approach included:

1. Explant with en bloc capsulectomies: During this procedure, we discovered and safely removed a ruptured implant in the left breast.
2. Natural Breast Augmentation: Using autologous fat transfer from her hips and flanks, we restored volume and shape to her breasts without the need for new implants.

The results? A beautifully natural, youthful appearance that aligns with her body goals. It’s important to note that the scars are only 3 months old in these images and will continue to fade over time, further enhancing the overall outcome.
