I recently performed a breast augmentation for this slim patient, who was seeking to restore fullness without being too large for her frame.

These early results show proportioned volume and incisions tucked in the folds under her breasts. The implant edges are always more defined in a thin patient. One option to soften the cleavage and upper poles in this scenario would be to add #fattransfer around the edges of the implant, if the patient has any available. It’s called a composite breast augmentation and can give patients a more natural look after implant augmentation.⁠
