This patient had old breast implants that she wanted replaced for a larger size, and to improve her abdomen. I performed a breast augmentation revision and peri areolar mastopexy (lift), replacing her 350 cc implants with 445 cc silicone ‘gummy’ implants, as well as a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and VASER liposuction. She loves her new figure!
