This patient disliked her profile and jowly look. She had poor chin projection as well as fatty tissue in her jowls and under her chin. At first reluctant to have a chin augmentation, the patient underwent a Precision Tx LaserLift. While this helped the jowls and jawline, the weak chin continued to be an issue until we placed an anatomic-shaped silicone implant. Her face looks thinner, more balanced and her profile is greatly improved.
