I love how open and youthful my beautiful patient’s eyes look just a few weeks after an upper lid #blepharoplasty and some conservative micro-fat transfer. The surgical incisions are well- hidden in the upper eyelid crease and in many patients, are nearly undetectable over time.

This procedure can be done in the office under #localanesthesia. A light oral sedative helps reduce anxiety if needed. I use a single thread ‘zip’ stitch to close the wound and this is removed in 6-7 days. You can wear eye make-up and be ‘restaurant ready’ about 2 weeks after surgery!👀
