Breast Implant Removal (Explant) Gallery

This patient had a previous breast augmentation with bilateral, submuscular saline implants done elsewhere. Over the years she developed Grade 3 capsular contracture and due to weight gain, her own breast increased in size to the point of being uncomfortable. She requested implant removal. In order to achieve a pleasing result, a breast lift (mastopexy) was performed at the same time.
