My young patient lost more than 100 lbs with diet and exercise and wanted her breasts lifted and shaped. This is just 3 weeks after a composite breast augmentation and vertical mastopexy using ‘gummy’ silicone implants and fat transfer. Her implants will drop and settle into a more natural position over the next few months.
