A stunning transformation for my beautiful patient! This was a very challenging set of problems requiring advance oculoplastic procedures. This patient only has vision in one eye and dry eye issues that had to be considered. Her upper lids show severe ptosis (drooping) that required levator muscle surgery. Both the upper and lower eyelids had severe volume deficiency as well.
These results are after an upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair with levator advancement and fat grafting to both upper and lower lids and midface. The result is dramatic and shows her beautiful bright eyes! She has a fresh, youthful appearance that brings out her natural beauty!
