This patient had 2 previous C-sections and had lost 30 lbs over the past 5 years. She was frustrated by the loose, hanging skin above her scar and the fact that her belly protruded when relaxed. Physical exam showed a significant rectus muscle diastasis and fascial laxity, with loose skin confined to the area below her belly button. Her post-op results shows a flat, smooth abdomen done without an umbilical transposition – float only.
