This patient was unhappy with the dark circles under his eyes. These were a result of bulging fat pads in combination with hollowing at the rim of the orbit aka eye socket. This is sometimes a family trait and can be seen even in children. In his case, it was not a result of aging.

I performed a scarless reduction of his fat pads, also known as a transconjunctival blepharoplasty in combination with micro fat transfer to the hollow under eye area. He loves the results and now he always looks well-rested.
