This transformative procedure showcases a patient’s journey towards a more natural breast aesthetic. At three months post-operation, we can see the impressive results of a carefully planned implant removal and natural breast augmentation. The process began with the removal of bilateral Natrelle Saline-Filled 68 Moderate Profile implants – the right implant was 210cc inflated to 240cc, while the left was 240cc inflated to 270cc. To maintain volume and shape without artificial implants, we performed autologous fat grafting. Fat was harvested from the patient’s hips, abdomen, and inner and outer thighs, with a total aspiration of 1470cc. This harvested fat was then strategically injected into the breasts, with 312cc infiltrated into the right breast and 345cc into the left. The outcome is a beautifully natural-looking enhancement that harmonizes with the patient’s overall physique. Remarkably, despite the removal of implants, the patient maintained her pre-operative bra size of 34C, demonstrating the effectiveness of fat transfer in preserving breast volume. These results illustrate the potential of fat grafting techniques in breast augmentation, offering patients an alternative to traditional implants while utilizing their own tissue for a more organic result.
