Juliet Coffey, PA-C, is an aesthetic physician assistant at Capek Plastic Surgery & Med Spa in Latham, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College before completing her Physician Assistant degree at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences with a surgical focus, and she further honed her skills during a plastics and reconstructive surgery rotation at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Her favorite part of the job is assisting Dr. Capek in the OR. Outside of work, Juliet is an avid traveler who’s always planning her next adventure, a regular concert-goer at SPAC, and a devoted non-fiction reader. She’s currently learning to roller-skate and also loves gardening and building furniture. A fun fact: before entering medicine, she lived and worked as a voiceover actor in New York City.
