Today I’m sharing a powerful transformation rooted in comfort, confidence, and feeling like yourself again This patient underwent breast implant removal (including a ruptured right implant), a capsulectomy, and a breast lift with fat transfer.

During implant removal, the surrounding scar tissue—called a capsule—can sometimes become thickened or uncomfortable over time. A capsulectomy allows us to carefully remove that tissue
and create a healthy foundation for the next step.

We then performed a breast lift to restore a natural, elevated shape and used fat transfer to add softness and volume—without the need for new implants.
