Long-term rhinoplasty results for my beautiful patient! This patient was unhappy with the dorsal hump on her nose in profile. I reduced both bone and cartilage in the bridge of her nose to achieve this change, as well as some tip definition and rotation. Remember that final shape after a rhinoplasty can take a year or more to fully emerge as bones heal and tissues remodel!
