Breast Lift with Fat Transfer Gallery

This patient was no longer comfortable having breast implants and wanted to be a little smaller and lifted. These results are less than one month after I removed her intact silicone breast implants and reshaped her breasts with a natural breast augmentation mastopexy using fat from her thighs and knees. This was quite challenging in this thin patient but I was able to harvest enough fat to achieve this pleasing shape.
