My beautiful patient came to me wanting a smaller nose, and a better jawline and neck contour. ⁠

She had a small lower jaw and chin, with a poorly defined jawline and also a deviated septum/valve collapse with difficulty breathing through her nose. I performed a septo-rhinoplasty with spreader grafts, a chin augmentation with an implant, and liposuction of her neck to achieve these balanced and natural-looking results. ⁠

Not only did this surgery improve her facial proportions, but it also greatly improved her nasal breathing, and she stopped snoring, too. A very satisfying result for both of us! ⁠
