This patient did not like how her ear stuck out. To achieve her aesthetic goals, I performed an ear setback. In this procedure, I remove cartilage and skin from the back side of the ear. By removing a piece and suturing from the back, I can achieve dramatic results with an invisible scar in the back crease of the ear.
