On-the-table rhinoplasty and chin augmentation for my young patient who wanted a smaller, more feminine nose and balanced profile. Although there is swelling from the local anesthesia and surgery, the dramatic change is evident.

Patients notice the profile improvement right away but nasal tip refinement emerges over many months as swelling decreases and healing proceeds.
