My lovely patient came to me after massive weight loss wanting to prioritize a breast lift and removal of excess skin around her chest and back. She had no desire for implants and requested a more natural approach using her own fat. ⁠

This is just 3 weeks after I performed a breast lift using her own loose tissue and fat transfer to achieve shaping and augmentation. I completed the contouring all the way around her chest with a bra line back lift, where the scar was carefully placed to be covered in bras or swimwear.
